AGES 4-5
LITTLE TIGER
Our Little Tigers Programs are fun filled classes that help our younger students to improve their focus, overcome shyness, and build on their gross and fine motor skills through simplified training. With more focus on the mental and behavioral training in a structured setting, our Little Tigers better adapt to school settings and as a result are able to do better in academics and improve their listening skills.
AGES 6-13
CHILDREN
Our children’s classes consist of active, high energy instruction with a curriculum designed to develop children’s bodies and minds. Children develop strength, stamina, speed, and flexibility through well moderated physical instruction. At the same time, our instructors and staff reinforce values of respect, discipline, and self control to make individuals who make better choices and develop positive habits.
AGES 14+
TEEN & ADULT
Taekwondo is a great form of exercise and a wonderful martial art to practice. This martial art will make you better focused, teach you discipline and respect, make you stronger, more flexible, and more heart healthy. A better work out than the gym because when you feel like quitting your teammates will help to motivate and inspire you.
